Superior IT has completed Chem-Box GIS utility for a major environmental company. The reporting utility consists of detailed entry screens allowing our customer to enter locations, dates, depths and analyte levels. They were then able to extract all results, compare these to various environmental criteria, import detailed analyte exceedence, locations and values, display the data results, color code and format the data and link via leader lines in ArcMap to the affected area.
The resultant utility is intuitive, easy to use and interfaces seamlessly to ArcMap, generating color coded movable and resizable Chem-Box tables continuously linked via leader lines to the proper location. This utility has reduced the time to generate environmental reports from 7-8 hours to less than 2 hours, while the customized Chem-Box tables’ generation takes only few minutes.
